10 Fruity Mocktails to Enjoy This Summer

Sometimes when you’re cutting back on alcohol you still want to have something a little special in your hand when you’re at a party or hanging with friends.

Mocktails can be a fun way to drink something festive without the hangover the next day. Some of my clients will swap even just half of their alcoholic beverages for mocktails in order to start making changes to their drinking habits.

Other people find that abstinence is best for them and a mocktail can trigger them to want the real deal. If that sounds like you, you might want to skip them.

Remember, everyone’s journey is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to changing your relationship with alcohol.

With summer approaching I thought it would be fun to round up some fun and fruity mocktails! Get outside, hang with friends, and enjoy!

Whatever you're drinking, just remember that you get to decide what feels good for you!

If you're feeling a little more like drinking less and you'd like some support to figure out what that looks like for you, I'd love for you to book a complimentary mini session with me, and we can work together to figure out what works best for you.
